Christmas cards that I made-using Close to My Heart products.  Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of the card with gold and glitz on it.  Most of the card ideas were from cards I found on pinterest and adapted to the paper I was using.

8 cards I made from one sheet of 8x8 pear and partridge paper from Close to My Heart (plus cardstock and embellishments).  The cutting diagram and the idea for card layouts were found at www.joyfullymadedesigns.blogspot.com

Much as I love scrapbooking-trying to scrapbook without using any pictures was very difficult for me.  I have always told my story through the pictures.  But that was my homework this month-do a scrapbook page using words only-no pictures.  Well,  I am done and just in time for tomorrow's Close to My Heart unit meeting!

As I drag my feet into the blogging world,  I am determined to persevere and figure this "thing"out.  I love to journal but would be terribly mortified if anyone were to read my journal-so personal perspective is not what this blog is about.  This blog is so that I can share some thoughts on paper crafting, as well as have a little fun.
